The freshly picked grapes are cooled and softly pressed so as to have the least extraction of color. The must is immediately cooled and naturally decanted. The cleared free run must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of about twelve degrees centigrade. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its own yeasts for a few months, giving the wine aromatic complexity.

ORGANOLEPTIC SHEET & PAIRINGS

Soft pink color. Scent reminiscent of pomegranate, watermelon and wild strawberry. A balsamic finish gives a touch of elegance to this wine. Ideal accompaniment for all fish-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
