Teatro di Sabbia is our most ambitious interpretation of Ribona: a Riserva born from a meticulous selection of the finest grapes grown in sandy soils, where naturally low yields produce fruit of remarkable concentration and elegance.

The journey continues in the cellar, where 80% of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 20% in oak barrels. The final blend creates a wine that combines freshness, depth and complexity, enhancing the true identity of the grape variety without ever overshadowing it.

In the glass, it displays a brilliant green-gold hue. The bouquet opens with citrus aromas intertwined with Mediterranean herbs, thyme and hints of anise, complemented by elegant saline notes, delicate mint nuances and subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is generous yet vibrant, supported by pronounced salinity, remarkable freshness and a long, persistent finish.
