After a careful selection, the grapes are harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 24 ° for about 10 days in steel tanks. During the fermentation process, pumping over and delestage are carried out to facilitate the extraction of color and aromas. Subsequently, the wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.

Scent of black cherry, cherry, plum and chocolate. Full-bodied and fruity in the mouth with well- ripened tannins.
Young wine, not demanding, suitable for all types of meals, especially red meats and cold cuts.
